If you really want fudge and do not like the idea of melting tons of sugar and butter try this healthier option instead.
Ingredients

200g of 100% Peanut Butter

50g Dark Chocolate
-
1tsp Vanilla Essence

Handful of hazelnuts (for topping)

Place in fridge for a few hours until set
Directions
Melt peanut butter, chocolate and vanilla until creamy
Roast the hazelnuts for a few minutes in the Air fryer or an oven
Add mixture to a small container and sprinkle the hazelnuts on top
