Buckwheat & Blueberry Bars

Simple easy to make natural healthy bars.
I was on an elimination diet for a while for skin issues and I just wanted to make something nice with the limited ingredients I had.
The dates are super sweet so you don't need to add in any sugar.
200g Buckwheat flour
60g Coconut oil (I use a flavourless one - got it in the healthfood shop)
100g of blueberries
1 or 2 tbsp of Water
½ tsp of salt
Soak the dates in a bowl of hot water for a couple of minutes. (Remove the pits if needed)
Drain the dates and mash them with a masher or fork
Add in the salt and coconut oil and mix well with a spoon
Work in the flour with a masher (or if you have a food processor you can use it)
Add in a tablespoon or 2 of water so that you have a dough like texture
Lightly mix in the blueberries.
Cook for about 25-35 minutes @ 160 Degrees
