Gluten Free Pancakes
This is my favourite pancake recipe so far. It has been refined many many times to get it perfect and I absolutely love this recipe.
This is a pretty healthy version of Pancakes and super tasty. There is plenty of added fibre from the flaxseed and raspberries.
¼ Cup / 46ml Oat Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Flaxseed
½ Cup / 36g Ground Almonds
½ Cup / 55g Gluten Free Plain Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Mash Banana in a bowl
Add in wet ingredients - Eggs, vanilla and oat milk
Add in Ground Almonds, Flour, flaxseed, salt, baking powder and combine. It doesn't really need a blender.
Chop up the raspberries and blueberries and add them in
