Gluten Free Energy Bites
This is such a handy and healthy treat. Vegan and sugar free too!
These are great to have when you hit that 3 o' clock slump. They taste amazing too :)
1tbsp Coco powder
2tbsp Peanut Butter
Pinch of salt
Soak the dates in hot water for 2 minutes and then drain well
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon. A food processor would be handy if you have one, but the it doesn't have to be too well mixed.
Roll into about 7 or 8 balls and that's it :)
