This recipe is much more healthy than traditional brownies and it's simple to make. The sweet potato give them that sweet taste and they are not dry. This recipe makes about 1 tray of brownies
Ingredients

2 cups of baked sweet potato (about 6-8 small sweet potatoes)

1 cup of nut butter

½ cup of cacao powder

¼ cup of maple syrup (can add a bit more or less depending on how sweet you want to go)

[Optional] Walnuts for topping
Directions
Bake sweet potato until it's soft, scoop out the inside of the potato into a bowl
Add in the nut butter (I used smooth peanut butter), cacao powder and maple syrup (you can use less or more depending on how sweet you would like them)
Add into an oven tray and bake for 20 mins at 160
