This beef burger tastes amazing. If you don't have GF Worcester sauce you could use dijon musterd which is nice with it too. I have an airfryer so the sweet potato fries come out nice and crispy but you can also just throw them in the oven and roast them too. The burger bun is from Forever Health Foods.

450g mince

3 tbsp cornflour

2 tbsp Worcester sauce (or dijon mustard)

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic

Salt + pepper

Large sweet potato

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic salt

Sweet Potato Fries
Directions
Chop up sweet potato into chips
Add them to a bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic and a sprinkle of salt & pepper. They take about 20-25mins in an airfryer or you can preheat the oven and bake them for around the same time or until they have turned golden and softened
While the chip are cooking. Add all the burger ingredients to a bowl and mix well with hands
Measure out 4 balls of about 125g each and mould them into the classic burger shape
Fry up burgers on a med-high heat until they are cooked through - about 10-15 minutes
Assemble the burger with a good GF burger bun and the side of sweet potato fries
