This is a really lovely light and low sugar dessert. The recipe here if made for my little 5x7inch dish which is enough for 2 people. So you might need to scale up the ingredients for more people
Ingredients

2 Apples

Pinch of cinimon

50g Oats

20g Oat Flour

25g Walnuts

20g Coconut Sugar

20g Flavourless oil
Directions
Slice up one apple thinly (I keep the skin as it adds more fibre and I'm too lazy to peal). Grate the other apple so that it's mushy
Add the apps to a pot and heat them up. Add in a tablespoon of water and let them simmer for about 10mins while you prepare the crumble
Add the oats, oat flour (or any gluten free flour), walnuts, sugar and oil to a mixing bowl and give it a good mix until it's combined.
Back to the apples, once they are softened you can sprinkle in a little cinnamon.
Add the apples into an oven dish (I use a 5x7 inch dish) and layer on the crumble on top
Place in a preheated oven 170°C / 340°F for 20 mins or until golden brown
