I found this amazing gluten free pasta making class when I was in Rome. The class is led by Chef Christian at Burro & Sago. Christian began offering gluten free options due to the high demand from customers.
The entire experience was truly remarkable. It was a lot of fun and I gained invaluable insights into crafting gluten free pasta and discovered numerous tips and tricks for perfecting the art.
The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the pasta itself. We opted for the Carbonara, and it surpassed all expectations, easily ranking as the best I've ever tasted.

It was pretty easy to get to from the centre of Rome, we walked it but you could get a taxi or a bus too.
